After many years of striving I’ve realised that a slow life is a better fit for me. I’m near the start of this journey and want to keep track of how it goes – I’m terrible at recognising how far I’ve come.

A number of things have led me to this place. I intend to write about my journey (I kind of hate that phase), the things that help me and things that just make me happy.

In the spirit of slow living I’m going to take my time writing, but I will share.
